The pre-theatre menu is available between 5.30pm and 6.30pm Monday to Friday, priced at €23 for two courses, €29 for three courses.

truffled sunchoke soup with buttered shiitake
tempura of aubergine, pumpkin & fennel with soy-wasabi dip and pickled ginger
roast beetroot, chicory, salted walnuts, crozier blue cheese, pomegranate dressing
chilli-glazed panfried tofu, pak choi, oyster mushrooms, rice noodles,
feta & pistachio couscous cake with wilted greens, lemon chickpeas, coriander yoghurt,
harissa and date jam
fennel & rocket risotto, cratloe hill’s sheep’s cheese, pinenut crumb, lemon thyme oil
almond polenta cake with blood orange and creme fraiche
dark chocolate silk cake, stout ice cream, glazed pecans
vanilla pod ice cream with brutti ma buoni and a shot of espresso
