Christmas Menu

We are now taking bookings for small groups and parties during the coming Christmas period, Our three course seasonal menu, detailed below, is priced at €45 per person.

Christmas Menu 2009

sunchoke cream soup with truffle oil & toasted almonds

deepfried celeriac fritters with rosemary aioli and a salad of poached quince, watercress, hazelnuts, and a rosehip dressing

tartlet of caramelised beetroot & Bluebell Falls fresh goats cheese with salsa verde and rocket

savoy cabbage timbale of roast celeriac, chestnuts & blue cheese with oyster mushrooms in cider cream and parsnip chips

roast aubergine parcels of spinach, pinenuts & Coolea cheese with fennel salsa, crushed potato cake and braised cannellini beans

braised turnip, portobello & pecan galette with red wine sauce, potato mash and citrus brussel sprouts
