sunchoke cream soup with truffle oil & toasted almonds
deepfried celeriac fritters with rosemary aioli and a salad of poached quince, watercress, hazelnuts, and a rosehip dressing
tartlet of caramelised beetroot & Bluebell Falls fresh goats cheese with salsa verde and rocket
